When you align the top of your frameless shower screen with other cabinetry within your bathroom, you make the design feel and look purposeful as opposed to thoughtless.
For more compact designed showers, consider a frameless slider as this will save door swing space and make the design more ergonomic.
When designing the look and layout of your frameless shower screens, consider more than just the physical space. Keep in mind the placement of other fixtures and how their functionality interacts with the shower. Examples of this would be if adding a door to your frameless shower will open onto the chosen shower head.
When deciding on the style of a frameless shower screen, by choosing a fixed panel shower you are incorporating a ‘stripped back look’ into your overall bathroom design. Delivering a modern and raw look and feel.
If you are installing a frameless screen over a bath, consider a swinging door as this is easier to install and navigate compared to a fixed panel.
The bigger the shower, the less likely you’ll have water spotting on your glass. If you have more compact shower designs, we highly recommend opting for an Enduroshield finish. This makes your glass easier to clean and repels water and soap scum for a clean and crisp finish for years to come.
When installing your shower head, we advise to consider the placement to ensure it doesn’t direct water at the shower door. We have seen this mistake many times, leading to excess water going out of the shower.
When it comes to choosing the right fittings and fixtures for your frameless shower screen, we recommend chrome plated hardware as this is the most durable compared to others currently on the market.
